俄核潛艇失火, 無洩漏輻射

ロシア 原子力潜水艦が火災 放射能漏れなし

ロシア北西部の造船所で原子力潜水艦の修理中に火災が起きましたが、周囲への放射能漏れはないということで現在、消火作業が続いています。

火災が起きたのはロシア北西部のセベロドビンスクにあるズビョードチカ造船所で、７日、修理作業が行われていたロシア北方艦隊に所属する原子力潜水艦「オリョール」から火が出ました。
現地の報道によりますと、原子力潜水艦の核燃料は、すでに取り出されているほか、武器も積んでいなかったということで周囲への放射能漏れはないということです。この火災で、けが人などは出ておらず、現在、消火作業が続いています。
現場では当時、溶接作業が行われていて、潜水艦の断熱材に火が燃え移ったのが火災の原因ではないかとみられています。
この造船所では２００９年と２０１０年にも別の原子力潜水艦の解体中に火災が起きるなど、火災が相次いでいます。

During the repairing of a nuclear submarine at a shipyard in Russia northwest a fire broke out, but it was said that there was no radiation leakage to the neighborhood and at the moment fire extinguishing work was continuing.

It was the Zubyodochika shipyard in Seberodobinsuku at Russia northwest that a fire had occurred. On the 7^th (April) a fire broke out from the nuclear submarine "Oryoru", which belonged to the Russian northern fleet, when repair works were performed.

According to a local report it was said that the nuclear fuel of the nuclear submarine was already taken out and there were no weapons stored inside, and as such there was no radiation leakage to the neighborhood. No one was injured in this fire and the fire extinguishing work was continuing at the moment.

At that time welding work was being performed at the site, and it seemed that the cause of the accident may be that fire was spread to insulating materials of the submarine.

Previously fire had occurred at this shipyard during the dismantling of other nuclear submarines in 2009 and 2010. Fire continued to break out in succession.

Obviously fire prevention measures in this shipyard need improvement.
