視窗電腦軟件有漏洞, 電腦有被入侵危險

「ウィンドウズ」に新たな弱点　ＰＣ乗っ取られる危険性

　米マイクロソフトは１５日（日本時間）、基本ソフト（ＯＳ）「ウィンドウズ」で新たな弱点が見つかったと発表した。ハッカーの攻撃を受ける可能性があり、同社は修正プログラムをきちんと導入するよう呼びかけている。

　弱点はウィンドウズのすべてのバージョンで見つかった。攻撃を受けると、パソコンが乗っ取られて情報を盗まれたり、犯罪に使われたりする恐れがある。多くのパソコンは必要なプログラムが自動更新される設定になっているが、設定を切っている場合は、自ら更新作業をする必要がある。

　米セキュリティー会社の報告では、親ロシア派のハッカー集団がこの夏、ウクライナ政府関係者らへのスパイ活動に今回の弱点を悪用していたという。

Microsoft in the US announced on the 15th (October) (Japan time) that a new weak point was found in the operating system (OS) of "Windows". There was a possibility that it could come under attack from hackers, and the said company was calling for the installation of a proper corrective program.

  The weak point was found in all versions of Windows. When it was under attack, the PC would be taken over, and information would be stolen and there were fears that it would be used for a crime. Many PCs had a setting that would renew the necessary program automatically, but in situation that the setting was turned off, it was necessary to do renewal work manually.

In a report by a security company in the US, it was said that in this summer, a hacker-group from the pro-Russian party was abusing this weak point to conduct spying activity on Ukrainian administration officials and people related to them.
