日本連続23個月貿易赤字

5月の貿易収支は、9,090億円の赤字だった。輸出の減少は15カ月ぶりで、貿易赤字は、23カ月連続となっている。
財務省が発表した5月の貿易統計によると、輸出は、オーストラリアへの軽油が減ったことなどから、5兆6,076億円と、2013年の同じ月と比べて、2.7%減少した。
輸出額の減少は、15カ月ぶりとなる。
一方、輸入も、カタールからの原油が減ったことなどから、6兆5,165億円と、3.6%減少した。
輸入額の減少は、19カ月ぶりとなる。
この結果、輸出から輸入を差し引いた貿易収支は、9,090億円の赤字となった。
貿易赤字は、23カ月連続となる。
18日午前、菅官房長官は「貿易収支の赤字は、緩やかに縮小してくるのだろうというふうに期待している」と述べた。
菅官房長官は、海外景気の回復を背景に、輸出が持ち直し、貿易赤字も縮小するとの期待感を示した。

Against the background of a recovery in overseas business, with export expected to recover again, Chief Cabinet Secretary Suga showed the hope that the trade deficit would be reduced.
