偽刻印で金延べ板製造か５人逮捕

千葉県内の工場からは延べ板を作る金型などが押収されていて、警察は金の入手先などを調べています。
逮捕されたのは、八街市の貴金属加工会社の役員で中国籍の李治立容疑者（５６）など合わせて５人です。
警察によりますと、５人は去年１１月、会社の工場でドイツの貴金属ブランドの偽物のロゴを刻印した金の延べ板を２０個製造したとして、商標法違反の疑いが持たれています。
工場からは、延べ板を製造する金型やロゴを刻印する器具などが押収されたということです。
また、偽造された延べ板の一部は都内の貴金属店などで転売され、その後、成田空港から香港に輸出されているということです。
警察は、金の入手先や偽造した延べ板の流通経路などについて調べています。
警察は、５人の認否を明らかにしていません。

Five Chinese company officers in Yachimata City of Chiba Prefecture were arrested for
manufacturing gold ingots engraved with a fake German precious metal brand
logo.
Molds for making ingots etc. had been seized from factories
in Chiba prefecture, and police were investigating the supply source of the
gold etc.
About the arrest, it was made on five company executives of
a precious metal processing company in Yachimata City that included a Chinese
suspect, Li Zhili (56).
According to the police, the five were suspected of
violating trademark law last November, alleging that at the company's factory
they made 20 gold ingots engraved with the fake German precious metal brand
logo.
From the factory, the molds for manufacturing the ingots and
the equipment for engraving the logo were seized.
In addition, some of the counterfeit ingots were resold at
precious metal stores in Tokyo and were then exported from Narita Airport to
Hong Kong.
The police were investigating the supply source of the gold
and the distribution channels for these counterfeit ingots.
The police had not disclosed whether the five people showed admission
or denial.
So, some
of these fake gold ingots could have reached the Hong Kong gold market.
