宝塚歌劇団明年會在台北市演出

台北市の「国家戯劇院」で来年４月６〜１４日、初の台湾公演を行う宝塚歌劇団の星組トップスター、柚希礼音（ゆずき・れおん）さんと娘役の夢咲（ゆめさき）ねねさんらが３０日、台北市内のホテルで記者会見した。柚希さんは「大好きな台湾の皆様に喜んでいただける舞台となるよう精進を重ねたい」と意気込みを語った。

　１４年で創立１００年を迎える宝塚歌劇団は、これまでに１７カ国で通算２４回の海外公演を実施した。今回は台湾の熱狂的なファンの希望に応え、０５年の韓国以来８年ぶりの海外公演となる。

They would perform between 6 -14 in April next year at the "National Theatre" of Taipei. Yuzuki said in an enthusiastic mood that "I would like to double my devotion so that the show may become a stage on which the lovely people in Taiwan can be pleased."

 Takarazuka Revue Company would be founded for 100 years by 2014, up to now it had carried out a total of 24 oversea performances in 17 countries. In response to the wishes of the enthusiastic fan of Taiwan, this was the first time in eight years for them to perform in overseas countries since their performance in South Korea in 2005.

It is good news for fans in Taiwan.

東京都港區發現無牌美容醫生

Recently the Yomiuri News on-line reported the following:

医師免許がないのに外科手術をしたとして、警視庁は２５日、美容形成外科医院「メディクリニック南青山」（東京都港区）の元事務長、沢部勝仁容疑者（４７）（千葉県松戸市）を医師法違反（無資格医業）の疑いで逮捕した。

　同医院が廃業した昨年秋までの約２年半に、近隣の保健所などには患者らから「痛みや腫れが引かない」といった苦情が約４０件寄せられており、同庁で被害実態を調べている。

　同庁幹部によると、沢部容疑者は２０１０年１月～１１年９月の間に３回にわたり、同医院で都内の自営業男性（３８）の下半身を手術し、麻酔注射や縫合などの医療行為を無免許で行った疑い。沢部容疑者は容疑を認めているという。

　同クリニックは、二重まぶたやしわ取り手術、レーザー脱毛などを行う医院として０４年に開業。管理者は実在の医師名になっているが、同庁では、０８年夏頃には沢部容疑者が診察や手術に携わるようになったとみており、今後、医院運営の実態について調べる。

The Metropolitan Police Department on the 25^th arrested the former office manager of a cosmetics plastic surgery hospital: the "Medic Clinic of South Green Hill” (Minato District, Tokyo). Katsuhito (47) (Matsudo City, Chiba) was arrested for suspicion of violating the Medical Practitioners Law (unqualified medical profession) in carrying out surgical operations without a medical license.

About 40 complaints on "pain and swelling do not go way" were brought up by patients from the nearby neighborhood next to the health center for about two and a half years up to last autumn when the hospital gave up its business. The agency was investigating the condition on actual damage.

According to the agency officials, Katsuhito the suspect was suspected of having performed operations in the hospital for three times on the lower half of the body of a self-employed male (38) in the city of Tokyo during January 2010 - September 2011, and had carried out medical practice such as anesthetic injection and a suture without a license. It was said that Katsuhito the suspect had admitted the suspicion.

The clinic commenced business in 2004 to perform double-eyelids and wrinkles, laser hair removal etc. Although the administrator was a real doctor's name, according to the same agency, it was concluded that suspect Katsuhito was engaged in the medical examination or the operation around the summer of 2008. From now on the actual condition of hospital management would be investigated.

2016年東京、大阪、名古屋大都市之間會有即日傳送服務

ヤマトホールディングスは５日、２０１６年までに東京、大阪、名古屋の３大都市間で宅配サービス「宅急便」の当日配達に乗り出すことを明らかにした。各都市の近郊に大型物流施設を新設し、現在の基本的な料金体系を維持したままで顧客サービス向上を図る。

　同社によると、３大都市間の当日配達は一部の物流会社が手掛けているものの、運賃がきわめて高額だった。物流大手は限られた地域内で当日配達しているが、長距離輸送を伴う３大都市間では初めてという。

　ヤマトは新たな大型物流施設で、最新の自動仕分け装置を利用して効率化を進める。

On the 5th Yamato Holdings made known that by 2016 their home delivery service "Takkyubin" would be ready to provide same day delivery service within the three big cities of Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya. According to the company, although some delivery companies were handling  the same day delivery service between these three big cities, the fare was very high. It was also said that although within these three big cities some big delivery accompanies were providing same day service, it was for limited regions only;and  it was the first time to have long distance delivery within these three cities.

Yamato would be using new large-sized physical distribution installation, and pushing ahead the use of the latest automatic assortment equipment to increase its efficiency.

Probably this new delivery service will improve the connection between these cities.

日本薯片有玻璃碎要回收

Recently the NHK News on-line reported the following:

大手食品メーカーのカルビーは、ポテトチップの「堅あげポテト」という商品の一部に、ガラス片が混入しているおそれがあるとして、商品およそ５３４万袋を自主回収すると発表しました。

問い合わせはカルビーのお客様相談室で受け付けており、電話番号は、０１２０－５５－８５７０です。

自主回収するのは、カルビーが製造・販売しているポテトチップの「堅あげポテト」シリーズの「うすしお味」と「のり味」「ブラックペッパー」「関西だしじょうゆ」「ゆずこしょう味」という商品です。
回収の対象となるのは、これらの商品のうち、滋賀県湖南市の工場で作ったことを示す「製造所固有記号」が「ｂ」となっているものの一部で、製造日がことし７月２０日から今月１７日まで、賞味期限が今月２０日から来年３月１７日までの商品です。
これらの商品はおよそ５３４万袋に上り、自主回収するとしています。
問題が発覚したのは、今月１７日に商品を購入した男性から「ガラス片かプラスチックのようなものが入っていて、口の中を切った」という連絡が寄せられたことがきっかけで、詳しく調べた結果、工場の生産設備のカバーの一部が破損して、ガラス片が混入した疑いがあることが分かりました。
カルビーでは「お客様には大変ご迷惑をおかけしますことを深くおわびします」と話しています。
問題の商品が製造された滋賀県湖南市の工場では、２年前にもスナック菓子の一部に異物が混入していたことが分かり、自主回収を行っています。

Calbee Inc. the leading food manufacturer announced that a voluntary recall was being carried out for about 5,340,000 bags of product noting that there was a possibility that pieces of glass might have been mixed with their potato chips production the "Kenage Potato".

Inquiry would be received at the visitor consultation room in Calbee, and the telephone number was 0120-55-8570.

The "Kenage Potato" series potato chips manufactured and sold by Calbee now being recalled voluntarily were products called "Usushi taste" and "Nori taste" "Black pepper" "Kansai dashijoyu”, and “Yuzu goyou taste".

Regarding the recalled target, a part of the production came from the factory in Shiga Konan with the "factory peculiar sign" "b" and the date manufactured was from this year July 20 to the 17th this month. The best-before date of the goods was from the 20th this month up to March 17^th next year.

These products supposedly would have about 5,340,000 bags and voluntary recall would be carried out on them.

The problem was revealed when a man purchased the product on the 17th of this month made contact to say that "something like a piece of glass or a plastic was added, and had cut the inside of my mouth". As a result of the detailed investigation, it turned out that a part of the cover of a production facility in the factory had been damaged, and it was suspected that pieces of glass were mixed to it.

In Calbee, it was saying that "we deeply apologize for causing the serious trouble to the customers."

At the factory in Shiga Konan where the goods in question were manufactured, two years ago, it also turned out that a foreign substance was mixed in some snack confectionery and a voluntary recall was carried out.

So, Calbee potato chips can be harmful to your health, please eat with care.

日本企業業績預測相繼向下修正

Recently the Yomiuri News on-line reported the following:

企業が２０１３年３月期の業績予想を相次いで下方修正している。

　東京証券取引所１部に上場する製造業の約５割が、１２年９月中間決算の発表にあわせて売上高の見通しを引き下げた。長引く円高に加え、日中関係の悪化による中国での日本製品の不買運動などが重荷となっている。

　ＳＭＢＣ日興証券の集計によると、８日までに発表した東証１部の９１６社（発表率７７％、金融除く）のうち３９％が１３年３月期の売上高の予想を下方修正した。また、３４％が本業のもうけを示す営業利益の見込みを引き下げた。

　特に自動車や電機など製造業の４９％で売上高を下方修正した。売上高に占める中国の割合が高い企業の下方修正が目立っている。

　一方、１２年９月中間決算では、輸出が落ち込んだものの、震災からの復興関連などで国内需要が堅調だったため、東証１部上場企業の経常利益の合計は前年同期比３％減にとどまった。ただ、電機が６２％減、鉄鋼が７４％減となるなど、輸出産業の業績は悪化した。

According to the grand total worked out by the SMBC Nikko Securities, 39% of 916 companies (with an announcement rate at 77%, except for the financial sector) in the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange announced up to the 8th revised their anticipated sales downward for the term ending March 2013. Moreover, 34% tuned down their hope for earning operating profit which reflected the business’s core profit.

Especially sales were revised downward by 49% for the manufacturing industries, such as cars and electrical machineries. The downward revision was obvious in the companies which the proportion of sales in China was high.

On the other hand, although export fell in the interim account ending September, 2012, internal demand due to the recovery from the earthquake disaster etc. was steady, the sum of the ordinary profit of the listed companies in first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in total stood at a 3% decrease compared to the corresponding period last year. However, the achievements of export industries became worse: electrical machinery decreased by 62% and steel decreased by 74%.

It is obvious that due to different reasons Japan’s business profit is decreasing

披頭四保羅解釋當年解散原因

Recently Yomiuri News on-line reported the following:

元ビートルズの歌手のポール・マッカートニー氏（７０）が英国の人気司会者デビッド・フロスト氏とのインタビューで、ビートルズ解散について「（故ジョン・レノン夫人の）オノ・ヨーコがビートルズを壊したわけではない。グループはすでに壊れかかっていた」と語った。

　英紙オブザーバー（電子版）が伝えた。

　オノさんをめぐっては、熱狂的なファンなどの間でマッカートニー氏との不仲がささやかれ、ビートルズ解散の原因を作ったなどとする反感が向けられていた。

　だが、マッカートニー氏は「『イマジン』のような歌はヨーコがいなければ決して書かれなかっただろう」と指摘。「ヨーコの魅力の一部は前衛芸術家としての顔にあり、彼女がジョンにそれを示した。ジョンにとってグループを去るべき時だったのだ」と述べた。

If Miss Ono was involved, it was her whisper among enthusiastic fans etc. about the discord with Mr. McCartney, and the antipathy towards causing a reason for the breaking up of the Beatles etc.

But Mr. McCartney indicated that a song like ‘Imagine’ would probably never be written if there was no Yoko. It was said that "A part of Yoko's charm was the face of an avant-garde artist, and she showed it to John. For John, it was the time to leave the group".

It is an interesting story, probably it is true.

進口中國食用海膽細菌超出標準

Last month the Mainichi News on-line reported the following

腸炎ビブリオ菌:基準値の１４倍、中国産生食用ウニから

　横浜市は２日、同市神奈川区の食品輸入会社「泰星物産」が輸入した中国産の生食用ウニから、少なくとも基準値の１４倍に上る腸炎ビブリオ菌が検出されたと発表した。検査した厚生労働省から同日連絡があった。横浜市は食品衛生法に基づき、同社に回収命令を出した。

　同市によると、生食用ウニは９月２６日に中国から約８１６キロ輸入され、翌２７日に東京、神奈川、埼玉、宮城、千葉、愛知の１都５県の水産卸売り計９社に販売されたという。うち約７００キロは東京の３社に販売された。

　腸炎ビブリオ菌は海水中に存在する食中毒菌で、人体に入ると激しい腹痛や下痢などの症状が出る。７５度で１分間加熱すると死滅する。横浜市には２日現在、このウニによる健康被害の届け出はないという。

On the 2^nd (last month) Yokohama announced that the vibrio-parahemolytica bacillus as least 14 times above the safety standard was detected in the raw edible sea urchin imported from China by a food importing company "Taixing Product" at the city's Kanagawa district. The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare which performed inspection was contacted on the same day, Yokohama gave the company the order to recall based on Food Sanitation Laws.

According to the city 816 kg of raw edible sea urchins were imported from China on September 26, on the next day on the 27^th all were sold to nine fishery wholesale companies in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Miyagi, Chiba, and Aichi, i.e. the capital and five prefectures. About 700 kg were sold to three companies in Tokyo.

Vibrio-parahemolytica bacillus was  food poisoning bacillus which existed in all sea water, and if it went into a human body, conditions such as an intense stomachache and diarrhea would appear. It could become extinct if it was heated for 1 minute at 75 degrees. At Yokohama on the 2nd, it was said that currently there was no notification of health impairment caused by this sea urchin.

So, the raw edible sea urchin served in restaurants in Japan may not be harvested locally.

東京千代田區四年後會有新酒店落成

Recently the NHK News on-line reported the following:

「赤プリ」の愛称で親しまれた東京都心にある高さおよそ１４０メートルの超高層ホテルの解体工事が本格的に始まり、１３日、４０階建てのビルが、２階分、およそ６メートル小さくなりました。

東京・千代田区にあるかつての「赤坂プリンスホテル」は、去年３月、閉館となり、昭和５８年に開業した高さおよそ１４０メートル、地上４０階建ての新館の解体が今年６月から進められています。
高級レストランなどがあった最上階と、スイートルームなどがあった３９階は、作業に伴う粉じんが外に出ないよう囲いで覆われ、壁や柱などが取り壊されて吹き抜けになっていて、合わせて１５本のジャッキで支えられた状態になっていました。
１３日はこのジャッキを調節し、バランスを崩さないようコンピューター制御で少しずつ下げていく作業が行われました。
作業が進むと、下の階の窓が徐々に囲いの影に隠れていく様子が確認され、最終的に、２階分、およそ６メートル小さくなりました。
今回は、国内では、これまでで最も高いビルの解体工事だということです。
解体は、今後も２階分ずつ進められ、来年５月ごろには、「赤プリ」の象徴だった新館が姿を消すことになります。
跡地には、ホテルやオフィスなどが入る高さ１８０メートルのビルと、高さ９０メートルのマンションが建設され、４年後の平成２８年に完成することになっています。

The formal demolition work of the skyscraper hotel that had a height of about 140 meters located in the center of Tokyo and being called by the lovely nickname "Red Puri" had started, and on the 13^th this building of 40 stories had been reduced into about 6 meters in the second stage of demolition.

The "Akasaka Prince Hotel" in Chiyoda District, Tokyo was closed in March last year, and demolition proceeded from June this year. It was  about 140 meters in height and was opened in Showa 58 as a new building that had 40-story above the ground.

The high class restaurant etc. at the top floor together with other 39 floors of suite etc. were covered in an enclosure so that the particles accompanying the work would not fly out; walls and pillars etc. were pulled down, turning the building into a hollow structure in a state supported by 15 jacks in total.

On the 13^th, these jacks were adjusted and work was carried out to lower them little by little using computer control so that the balance would not be lost.

As the work progressed, it could be noted that the images of the windows at the lower stories were hidden gradually in the surrounding shadows, and finally the building was reduced into about 6 meters in the second stage.

I was said that it was the demolition work of the highest building in the country up to now.

The second stage of the demolition would continue to proceed, and this building which was a symbol of "Red Puri" when was new would disappear by May next year.

At this site a building of 180 meters in height with a hotel and offices etc. and a 90-meter-high apartment would be built, and all would be completed in Heisei 28, four years from now.

Probably the demolition and construction work would help the economy in generating work for the construction workers.

北京國際馬拉松不接受日本人參加

Recently the Yomiuri News on-line reported the following:

２５日に北京で開催される北京国際マラソンで、主催者が日本人の参加を認めていないことがわかった。

　北京では９月に日本政府の尖閣諸島国有化に対する大規模な抗議デモが発生しており、関係者によると主催者側は「安全上」の措置だと説明している。北京の日本大使館は「日本人の参加も受け入れるべきだ」として、主催者の中国陸上競技協会に抗議した。

　同マラソンに参加するには公式ホームページからの登録が必要。８日に登録が始まったが、国籍を選択する欄に「日本」の国名はなく、日本人の登録が出来なくなっている。

　同マラソンは１９８１年以来、毎年秋に開催されている。昨年は日本企業も協賛していたが、今年は日中関係悪化の影響などで日程がなかなか決まらなかったことなどもあり、協賛を取りやめていた。

In order to participate in this marathon, a registration form in the formal homepage was required. Although registration had started on the 8th, there was no country name "Japan" in the columns for choosing the nationality and registrations for the Japanese people was not possible.

 This marathon had been held in autumn every year since 1981. Although Japanese companies gave sponsorship last year, this year the schedule was not easily decided due to the influence of the worsening Sino-Japanese relation etc.; the support was canceled.

It seems that  Sino-Japanese relation may need some time to recover.

日本發現偽造居留咭

Last month the NHK News on-line reported the following:

不法残留の疑いで逮捕された岐阜県の中国人が、偽造された「在留カード」を所持していたことが分かり、警察が入手ルートを調べています。在留カードはことし７月に導入されたもので、法務省によりますと偽造されたカードが見つかったのは全国で初めてです。

警察によりますと、今月、不法残留の疑いで逮捕された岐阜県瑞穂市の中国人が、偽造された在留カードを所持していたということです。
「在留カード」は外国人の不法滞在対策として自治体が発行する外国人登録証明書に代わって、ことし７月に新たに導入されたもので、入国管理局が日本に３か月を超えて滞在する外国人に交付します。在留カードにはＩＣチップが組み込まれるなど高度な偽造防止策が施されていて、法務省によりますと、偽造されたカードが見つかったのは、全国で初めてだということです。
警察がカードを詳しく分析するなどして偽造の方法や入手ルートなどを調べています。

It turned out that the Chinese in Gifu Prefecture who was arrested on suspicion of unlawful stay was possessing a forged "residents card", and the police was investigating the route to acquire it. As for the residents card, it was first introduced in July this year, and according to the Ministry of Justice it was the first time to find a forgery in the whole country.

According to the police, it was said that the Chinese in Gifu Mizuho who was arrested this (October) month on suspicion of unlawful stay was possessing a forged resident card.

The "residents card" was newly introduced in July this year replacing the Certificate of Alien Registration which the self-governing body issued as a measure against foreigner's illegal stay, and the Immigration Bureau delivered it to the foreigner who stayed in Japan exceeding three months. It was said that an advanced forged preventive measure, the IC chip, was included in a residents card, and according to the Ministry of Justice this was the first time that a forged card was found in the whole country.

The police was investigating by analyzing the card in detail to know the counterfeit method and the acquisition route etc.

It is surprising to note that this new card was just introduced in July this year.

漫画家手塚治虫未發表作品曝光

Recently the Mainichi News on-line reported the following:　

漫画家の手塚治虫さん（１９２８〜８９年）が終戦直後の１０代後半に描いた未発表作品が、２日までに見つかった。手塚さんから譲り受けた中学時代の同級生が６０年以上保管していた。今春、東京都内の古書店に出品されたのを手塚プロダクションが入手し、手塚さんの作品と確認した。

　作品は、戦争が終わり漫画を描ける自由を手にした解放感にあふれている。闇市や食糧不足など当時の社会問題を題材に風刺も効かせている。手塚プロは「存在すら知らなかった。デビュー直前に描いた可能性もあり、漫画史的に極めて貴重な資料だ」としている。

The unpublished work of the cartoonist Mr. Osamu Tezuka (1928 - 1989) drew at the late teens immediately after the end of the WWII was found on the 2nd. The classmate of his junior high school days who inherited it from Mr. Tezuka had kept it for over 60 years. The Tezuka production which was an antiquarian bookshop in Tokyo that had obtained it and would exhibit it this spring had confirmed it was Mr. Tezuka's work.

The work was full of freedom feeling, as the war had ended and there was freedom that comics could be drawn freely. Satire was also used on the topic of social problems seen in those days, such as the black market and food shortage. The Tezuka Pro supposed that "even its existence was not known; it may have drawn just before his debut; they are very precious data in the comic history".

It is nice to hear that Mr. Tesuka’s earlier work is discovered. It will enrich our understanding of this cartoonist.

日本麥當奴明年關閉110間分店

Recently the NHK News on-line reported the following:

ハンバーガーチェーン最大手の「日本マクドナルドホールディングス」は、節約志向の高まりなどで外食をする人が減って既存店の売り上げが落ち込んでいることから、来年１年間で採算の悪い１１０店舗を閉鎖することになりました。

日本マクドナルドが１日発表したことし９月までの９か月間の決算によりますと、既存店の売り上げが去年の同じ時期よりも２．２％減って、本業のもうけを示す営業利益も１７．８％減少しました。
このチェーンでは、ことしの春から低価格のメニューを増やしましたが、消費者の節約志向が高まる中で外食をする人が減っていることなどから、売り上げが伸びなかったということです。
このため、来年１年間で規模が小さい店舗など採算の悪い１１０店を、閉鎖することを決めました。
また、このところ需要が高まっている宅配サービスを現在の１７店舗から来年中には全国２５０店まで拡大して売り上げの回復を図りたいとしています。
原田泳幸社長は「ただ安いだけでは需要を喚起できない。朝食メニューを強化するなどして収益を改善していきたい」と話しています。

For this reason, it was decided that within the coming year to close 110 shops that were small and with low profit.

Moreover, it was supposed that the chain would like to expand the home delivery service from the present 17 stores to 250 shops across the country by the end of next year because their demand was increasing recently, and to aim at a recovery of sales.

President Harada said that "demand cannot simply be evoked just by being cheap. I would like to improve profitability by strengthening our breakfast menu."

Is it an indication that Japan’s economy is far from a total recovery?
