ロシアによる軍事侵攻を受けるウクライナのゼレンスキー大統領は22日、ビデオ演説のなかで「ことしに入ってから、われわれの領土の590平方キロメートルが解放され、われわれの支配下に入った」と述べました。

そのうえで、支配された地域で反撃を強めるとともに産油国ロシアの資金源を断つため、ロシア領内の石油施設などに対する無人機攻撃を続ける考えを強調しました。

アメリカのシンクタンク「戦争研究所」は今月上旬の報告書で、去年11月以降、ウクライナ軍による反撃や輸送拠点への中距離攻撃などで、ロシア軍の進軍速度は「着実に低下している」と分析しています。

こうした中、ロシア南部クラスノダール地方の当局は23日、SNSで、黒海沿岸の都市ノボロシースクで無人機による攻撃があり、これまでに2人がけがをしたほか石油施設で火災が発生したと明らかにしました。
