三星集團大規模投資顯示屏幕生產

大手電機メーカー、サムスン電子を中核とするサムスングループが５日に発表したところによりますと、ことしグループ全体の設備投資と研究開発に４３兆ウォン余り（日本円でおよそ３兆１６００億円）を投じる計画だということです。これは去年よりも２０％近く増加し、過去最高となる見通しです。このうち設備投資では、「スマートフォン」と呼ばれる携帯端末や、薄型テレビに使われ、次世代のディスプレイとして期待されている「有機ＥＬ」の分野に、去年の４倍近いおよそ５兆ウォン（日本円で３９００億円余り）を投じる計画だということで、生産拠点の大幅な強化が図られるものとみられます。サムスングループでは、今回の投資について「将来の成長に向けた原動力となるものだ」としており、主力産業である携帯電話やテレビのディスプレイなど、世界的に成長が見込まれる分野に先手を打って大規模な投資を行うことで、シェア拡大を図る姿勢を示しています。
