軍事技術への転用が可能なプログラムが組み込まれた半導体製造装置を中国企業などに不正輸出していたとして、神奈川県警は、東京・品川区の会社と取締役の男を書類送検した。
外国為替法違反などの疑いで書類送検されたのは、東京・品川区の電子機器販売会社「インターテック」と、53歳の取締役の男。
インターテックは、2010年8月から2011年6月にかけて、中国企業や研究所に輸出許可がないにもかかわらず、プログラムが組み込まれた半導体製造装置を不正に輸出した疑いが持たれている。
取締役の男は、「スムーズに輸出することに重きを置き、コンプライアンスを軽視してしまった」と、容疑を認めているという。

The male
director admitted the suspicion and said that "for the purpose of smooth
export, he has slighted the weight needed regarding compliance".
