On the 7th the Daimaru Matsuzakaya department store announced that mould was found in one of the Valentine chocolate sold in the Daimaru Sapporo store (Sapporo), and announced that voluntary recall was carried out for all the same kind of goods.
The mould was found in the "Troyes Artisan" imported from Belgium and packed in Japan (nine numbers for 1890 yen), and a total of 1047 packs of the same kind were sold in Daimaru at the Shinsaibashi store (Chuo-ku, Osaka-shi) and the Umeda store (the Kita-ku), etc. It was said that no report of health impairment was received.
